The Reflection Between Us is a two-piece exploration of texture, light, movement, and reflection. Designed as companion works, the diptych combines sculptural surface texture, deep black, warm metallic gold, soft neutral tones, and genuine mirrored elements that physically reflect the environment around them.

One panel radiates outward from an organic grouping of mirrored forms, with layers of black and gold creating energy and movement across the canvas. Its companion takes a softer, more circular approach, building sweeping layers of cream, taupe, black, and gold into a heavily textured composition that feels both grounded and luminous.

Because the mirrored elements respond to their surroundings, the work subtly changes throughout the day—capturing light, color, movement, and fragments of the room itself. Together, the two pieces create a conversation between reflection and texture, softness and intensity, stillness and movement.

Created as an original pair and intended to be displayed together.
